Refund Policy

OUR CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ENROLMENT POLICIES

UXUITrainingLab Pvt. Ltd. offers a Refund Policy which is Fair and Equitable.

Upon enrolling in a course with any educational institution a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

Please note, changes in your circumstances are not the responsibility UXUITrainingLab Pvt. Ltd. and neither can UXUITrainingLab Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for changes in your circumstances.

In a situation where a student wishes to cancel or change their enrolment, and as a measure of goodwill, UXUITrainingLab Pvt. Ltd. will allow the following options. A student may only take up one of these options once.

  • No Refunds on Installments.
  • No Refund on seat confirmation / first installment
  • In exceptional cases like medical emergencies, the participant may request a review by the board members; however, the final decision regarding any form of compensation or fee adjustment remains entirely at the discretion of the board, and refunds are generally not provided.
  • No refund on partial payments

    • Workshop Refund Policy:
    For all workshops conducted by UXUITrainingLab Pvt. Ltd., once the participant has paid the required fee, it is strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of any circumstances that may arise, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or any other unforeseen events. By enrolling in a workshop, participants acknowledge and accept that their payment secures a spot in the session, which involves administrative and resource allocation on our part. Therefore, no refunds, partial or full, will be granted once payment has been processed. In exceptional cases like medical emergencies, the participant may request a review by the board members; however, the final decision regarding any form of compensation or fee adjustment remains entirely at the discretion of the board, and refunds are generally not provided.
